Introduction
My Job Depends On Ag Magazine is the official publication of the grass roots movement “My Job Depends on Ag”. A massive online group of individuals with the mission to showcase how important Ag is to the nation and our everyday life. Both the magazine and the group are platforms for those in Agriculture to connect with one another and even educate those interested in learning more. The My Job Depends on Ag group was founded by Steve Malanca & Erik Wilson, and it is administered by a host of other volunteers, all working towards another goal of fundraising for Ag scholarship and education programs. 

The Magazine in a Nutshell
My Job Depends On Ag Magazine is an agricultural publication focused on Ag businesses, Ag Equipment, and Ag News. It is heavily distributed throughout the farming community. The magazine is available in more the 1,200 locations throughout California alone, and we also distribute to thousands more readers directly on monthly emailed and direct mailed subscriptions. With more than 20,000 copies sent out each month, we continue to grow daily. 

Beyond the Magazine
We collaborate with our clients to build a marketing strategy customized to their particular needs. As a competitive advantage, we offer a vast array of services outside the publication. I was raised in Ag. I have worked in Ag. I have more than 20 years of background in Ag. And I
understand Ag Businesses like yours. I understand the importance of the Ag community, the people, and the businesses. My goal will always be to help and support them as best I can.

My dad depends on Ag too; he worked his way up the ladder through a tractor parts company. And as a 5-year-old, I remember pretending to be just like my father when I visited him at work. I would scroll through old and dusty 3-inch thick binders of catalogs, pretending to look up information and sell parts to imaginary customers. He was my role model and my hero; he was Batman. And what’s really the difference between a superhero and your father when you are so young anyways?

As I grew up, I discovered I had a real passion and energy in marketing strategy. Over the past 10 years, I worked diligently to develop the knowledge I now have in order to share it with others within and outside of the Ag community. I have been on your side of the desk. I know the problems you face when trying to decide between so many marketing possibilities. I know the stress it can be trying to use, measure, analyze and understand all the option. I know how complicated it can be just to even start the process. I created this company with the goal to help business with just that, so you can get back to doing what you want to focus on the most – growing your company and taking care of your customers.

I have learned that marketing strategies and platforms are like tools on a tool belt (Utility Belt?), and I have learned how to govern and optimize their efficiency for different businesses. Let me help you take care of your marketing needs, so you can give give yourself the freedom to better focus on other important aspects of your business.
