Ingredients

- POWDERED WHITE SUGAR . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 cup
- VANILLA EXTRACT . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 tsp
- EGGS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 large
- REFINED FLOUR . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3/4 cup
- UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/2 cup
- DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1/2 cup
- ICING SUGAR . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 tsp, to dust
- OREOS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 pack
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- Brush the aluminum foil with the olive oil — cover all the insides of the baking tray.
- Add the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, to a large bowl. Mix it all together until well combined and slightly fluffy.
- Break the eggs into a separate bowl and add the eggs to the sugar mixture one at a time.
- Whisk the mixture again until the mixture is smooth and frothy in consistency.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder in to the egg mixture and again beat the mixture until the ingredients are just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, Oreos and spread the mixture evenly on to the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tray, let cool and dust the brownie with icing sugar.
