God sure paints a pretty picture.
He made some beautiful people too.
Have you ever seen a beautiful woman or a man that was a real looker, but once you got to know them you wanted nothing to do with them? Their demeanor and personality was opposite from their outward beauty? Looks can be deceiving is a true statement.
Its too bad some people just seem to want to make it a miserable life for others, and only think of themselves.
Funny how unhappy people want to make everyone around them unhappy too.
I don’t know why folks just can’t be kind and enjoy the scenery God gives us, and work to be happy to make this world a better place.
There are some beautiful people in this world though, and I’m not talking looks, but their personality.
Some of the most beautiful people I know are those who have suffered great loss, they’ve struggled, and have been mistreated, but they’ve literally dug their way out of the depths of hell and hard times.
These are the kind of people who have an understanding of what disparity is, because they’ve lived it, and dug their way out of it. It’s taught them to be compassionate, forgiving, and sensitive. Hard times have given them an appreciation for life.
When no one is there to give you support, and you stand alone; you tend see the beauty around you more clearly, with no distractions.
Beautiful people don’t just happen. They are made, they’ve been molded and formed, from overcoming their adversity.
I’ve heard many times that “Man looks in the outward appearance but God looks on the heart”.
Matt 5:16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
We only get one trip around and you can’t see it if you’re always looking down.
As they say, “smile… it makes people wonder what you’re up to.”
