Ingredients
- Your choice of meat
- 1 Cup Italian Salad dressing
- 1/2 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1/2 Can of beer
- 3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil (for vegetables)
- Your choice of vegetables
Instructions
- Cut your meat into 1 – 2 inch chunks and place in a Ziplock bag with your marinade mix and let marinate for 6 – 8 hours in the refrigerator
- Cut your vegetables into bite size pieces and place into separate Ziplock bag with olive oil, salt, and pepper and shake to coat vegetables
- Assemble kabobs by alternating meat and vegetables until skewer is filled
- Cook kabobs over low to medium heat on stove top or BBQ, turning until meats are done
