Grilled Kabobs

Yields: Serves 3-4 depending on how many kabobs are made

Ingredients

  • Your choice of meat
  • 1 Cup Italian Salad dressing
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 Can of beer
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil (for vegetables)
  • Your choice of vegetables

Instructions

  1. Cut your meat into 1 – 2 inch chunks and place in a Ziplock bag with your marinade mix and let marinate for 6 – 8 hours in the refrigerator
  2. Cut your vegetables into bite size pieces and place into separate Ziplock bag with olive oil, salt, and pepper and shake to coat vegetables
  3. Assemble kabobs by alternating meat and vegetables until skewer is filled
  4. Cook kabobs over low to medium heat on stove top or BBQ, turning until meats are done
